This project in Buntingford, Hertfordshire showcases a clean and modern awning installation designed to enhance everyday outdoor living. The homeowner wanted reliable shade across their patio doors while maintaining a smart, understated appearance that suited the home’s contemporary brickwork.
Our solution needed to provide practical sun protection without overpowering the rear elevation of the property.
Tailored Design with a Modern Finish
We supplied and installed a Weinor Cassita retractable awning, measuring 5.5 metres wide with a 3 metre projection. The slim cassette design makes the Cassita an excellent choice where a neat, unobtrusive finish is essential.
The cassette was finished in RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey, creating a striking contrast against the brick façade. Meanwhile, the Weitex Classic fabric (WE6-374) was selected to soften the look and tie the awning into the surrounding garden space.
As a result, the awning blends seamlessly with the property while adding a refined architectural feature.
